Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on these legal bases: contract, to provide the Service you request; legitimate interests, to secure and improve the Service and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights; legal obligation, for tax, accounting and legal requests; and consent, for optional cookies and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within [30] days, except where we must keep it longer. Examples include billing records kept for tax and accounting purposes (typically [7] years), proof of subscription consent kept as required by automatic-renewal laws, and information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access, or receive a copy of, the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- port your information to another service;
- object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent; and
- appeal our decision on your request.
You can update most account information and delete your account in the Service. To make any other request, email Ray@PixelKingDesigns.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your account and respond within the time the law requires, typically 30 to 45 days. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Additional notice for U.S. state residents
This section supplements this policy for residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 2, namely identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, and approximate geolocation, for the business purposes described in section 3. We disclosed them to service providers for those purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit. To make a request, email Ray@PixelKingDesigns.com.

The Service is designed for adults and teens. Children under 13 may not create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Teachers may use the Service to create materials for students, and they should avoid entering students' personal information unless their school has authorized it and the law allows it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact Ray@PixelKingDesigns.com and we will delete it. Schools that need a student data privacy agreement can contact Ray@PixelKingDesigns.com.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls based on least privilege, hashed passwords and payment processing through a PCI-DSS compliant provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law. You can report a security concern to Ray@PixelKingDesigns.com.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and we process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
